International Guest Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary service to guests by addressing requests with courtesy, expediency, and efficiency
• Ensure diligent and timely follow-up actions are completed in alignment with company policies
• Provide informed responses, viable alternatives, and effective solutions to guest inquiries
• Execute components of the Global Guest program to build rapport and ensure satisfaction
• Act as a host for shipboard guest events
• Provide translation services and verbal assistance to international guests
• Liaise with authorities and provide insights on destinations

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Dutch language is essential
• Ability to provide high-level customer service and problem-solving
