About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide premium level of service to guests in person and via telephone
- Handle guest requests courteously, promptly, and efficiently according to company policies
- Provide answers, alternatives, and solutions to guest issues
- Support the Global Guest program through attendance at official ship guest events
- Perform translations of written company materials and assist international guests with verbal translations as needed
