Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary service to guests in-person and telephonically
- Address guest requests with courtesy, expediency, and efficiency
- Provide informed responses, viable alternatives, and effective solutions to inquiries
- Execute components of the Global Guest program pertaining to Guest Relations
- Participate in sanctioned ship guest events
- Translate company documentation and provide verbal translation assistance to international guests
Requirements
- Proficiency in the German language is essential
- Ability to provide high-level customer service
- Strong communication and translation skills
