Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly audits of international competitors to ensure CRM and incentive tactics remain competitive
• Use AI modeling to identify at-risk segments and deploy preemptive incentive offers
• Utilize GenAI tools to scale localized content creation and perform sentiment analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CRM or incentives in at least two distinct global regions
• Deep understanding of behavioral economics and incentive psychology across cultures
• Proficiency in using AI for insight generation and prototyping
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and form new hypotheses
