International Financial Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial planning to UK expats and globally mobile professionals.
• Advise on retirement income strategies, savings, investments, and legacy/succession planning.
• Provide guidance on cross-border protection solutions that remain effective across jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain long-term, relationship-first client partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of Equus Legacy’s early processes, service models, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Strong qualifications and professional experience in financial advising.
• Proven expertise in cross-border wealth management and international asset management.
• Deep knowledge of UK pensions, including QROPS and non-resident rules.
• Understanding of expat-specific challenges such as tax residency shifts and multi-jurisdiction planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment using modern digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HNW and UHNW individuals.
• Background in international markets such as Europe, the Middle East, Asia, or Latin America.
• Experience in building or mentoring advisory practices.
