International Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and providing artist project assets (listening links, clips, photos, bios, etc.) to Sony affiliates and foreign partners
• Regular reporting on current and upcoming releases (tracking physical and digital sales, promotions, marketing plans, etc.)
• Administrative follow-up including purchase orders, intermittent fees, budgets, and mailings
• Updating release schedules for affiliates and partners
• Coordinating artist promotions with the label and management
• Coordinating international promotional travel (booking trains, flights, hotels, etc.)
• Translating bios and pitches into English
• Assisting with CNM grant applications
• Adapting assets and work tools (fact sheets, visuals, etc.)

Requirements

• Background in business, communication, languages, or culture
• Autonomous, organized, and able to multitask under stress
• Very high level of English (written and oral) for translation and conversation
• Basic mastery of graphic design/formatting tools (e.g., Canva)
• Experience in the music industry or a strong interest in music is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
