International Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process for international subsidiaries
• Oversee and manage local accountants across multiple international offices
• Ensure local GAAP and statutory compliance with local authorities
• Manage external audits across international offices
• Provide monthly financial reporting to the CFO and other key stakeholders
• Monitor and enforce shared service agreements and intercompany recharges
• Oversee internal financial and operating controls, processes, and practices
• Conduct cost center accounting, cost unit accounting, and contribution margin calculations
• Collaborate with production departments on production controlling
• Manage cash responsibilities with an emphasis on disbursement payments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, Chartered Accountant)
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar management role
• Thorough knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, testing, and sampling
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• International management experience
• Proficiency with SAP B1
