International Collections Specialist EMEA

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, reconcile, and apply international payments, including foreign exchange differences
• Reconcile withholding tax receipts and VAT, and process necessary adjustments
• Pursue outstanding receivables to maintain cash flow and improve A/R aging and DSO
• Facilitate payments from past due accounts and recommend next steps in the collection process
• Work closely with franchisees, Field Operations, Finance, and Legal departments

Requirements

• University degree
• Professional experience in Collections, Finance, or an analytical role
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
• Fluent in both Turkish and English

• Previous experience working within the hotel industry
