International Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen an existing portfolio of international corporate clients, focusing on profitability, retention, and service quality.
• Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities within the region, specifically targeting clients with transactional or credit potential.
• Perform financial diagnostics for various segments (SMEs, Mid-market, and Corporate) to structure tailored banking solutions.
• Develop strategic relationships with chambers of commerce, foreign investment promotion agencies, and key legal or accounting firms.
• Coordinate with internal bank departments to ensure efficient administration and execution of client operations.
• Promote the cross-selling of bank products and services aligned with each client's financial and operational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in banking institutions, preferably in commercial or client relationship roles.
• Advanced English proficiency is indispensable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language, such as Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean.
