International Candidate Liaison

Responsibilities

• Support international healthcare professionals throughout their relocation journey to Australia
• Build and maintain candidate relationships via phone, email, and social media
• Coordinate handovers between overseas and Australian recruitment teams
• Organise orientation interviews with local offices and promote relocation incentives
• Monitor candidate progress and continuously improve engagement processes

• Natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for helping people
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicating with people from different countries and cultures
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using social media as a communication and engagement tool
• Strong administrative skills and a collaborative team mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience travelling or living overseas
• Background in recruitment, customer service, or account management
• Healthcare recruitment experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
