About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support international healthcare professionals throughout their relocation journey to Australia
  • Act as the key liaison between international recruitment teams and local Australian consultants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates via phone, email, and social media
  • Coordinate candidate handovers and organize orientation interviews with local offices
  • Promote relocation incentives and monitor candidate progress to ensure a smooth experience
  • Collaborate with consultants across Nursing, Allied Health, and Medical specialties
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement and streamline recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in using social media as a tool for communication and engagement
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience living or traveling overseas
  • Background in recruitment, customer service, or account management
  • Previous experience within healthcare recruitment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
