About the role
Responsibilities
- Support international healthcare professionals throughout their relocation journey to Australia
- Act as the key liaison between international recruitment teams and local Australian consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates via phone, email, and social media
- Coordinate candidate handovers and organize orientation interviews with local offices
- Promote relocation incentives and monitor candidate progress to ensure a smooth experience
- Collaborate with consultants across Nursing, Allied Health, and Medical specialties
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement and streamline recruitment processes
Requirements
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse populations
- Proficiency in using social media as a tool for communication and engagement
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience living or traveling overseas
- Background in recruitment, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience within healthcare recruitment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
