International Candidate Liaison

Responsibilities

• Support international healthcare professionals throughout their relocation journey to Australia
• Build strong relationships with candidates via phone, email, and social media
• Coordinate candidate handovers between overseas recruitment teams and local Australian consultants
• Organise orientation interviews with local offices
• Promote HCA's relocation incentives and opportunities
• Monitor candidate progress to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience
• Identify and implement improvements to candidate engagement and workflows

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media as a tool for engagement
• Excellent administrative and multitasking skills
• Proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience travelling or living overseas
• Background in recruitment, customer service, or account management
• Experience within the healthcare recruitment sector
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
