International Business Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis of international markets, including customer needs, competitors, and trends.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential customers and partners in overseas markets.
• Participate in trade promotion activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and international seminars.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and legal departments to ensure timely contract execution.
• Draft quotations, contracts, and related documents in compliance with international standards.
• Negotiate contract terms including pricing, payment methods, transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on business results, market trends, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and import-export regulations.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1-2 years of experience in international business or import-export is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
