About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform sales and strategic partnerships across Northern Europe by identifying and advancing opportunities with government and prime-contractor customers.
  • Create and maintain long-term customer relationships to serve as a trusted business partner for multiple international clients.
  • Represent Boeing at industry shows and events throughout the region.
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams to translate complex customer requirements into competitive, high-quality proposals.
  • Research and analyze competitor products and services to improve Boeing's competitive positioning.
  • Interface with internal global departments, including Boeing Global Services and Government Operations, to resolve key issues.
  • Support business case analysis and manage internal budgets for international campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within the defense industry or military service.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with military or government customers.
  • Demonstrated understanding of military/government procurement processes and organizational requirements.
  • Experience working with international defense customers to shape and develop requirements.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel internationally, typically 40–50% within Northern Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Nordic armed forces or within the Nordic aerospace industry.
  • Experience leading aerospace sales campaigns specifically in the Nordic region.
  • Bilingual skills in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
  • 12+ years of experience within the defense industry or military service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Active security clearance.
