About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage new clients through outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Target enterprise accounts, Big4 firms, consulting groups, and international organisations
- Build relationships with key decision-makers such as CHROs, Campus Managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, including solution presentations and negotiation
- Conduct in-person meetings and attend professional events to identify new business opportunities
- Act as an expert in Gen Z recruitment to support clients with young talent challenges
Requirements
- Degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing full sales cycles
- Bilingual in French and English
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Determined, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously
