About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage new clients through outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Target enterprise accounts, Big4 firms, consulting groups, and international organisations
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers such as CHROs, Campus Managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, including solution presentations and negotiation
  • Conduct in-person meetings and attend professional events to identify new business opportunities
  • Act as an expert in Gen Z recruitment to support clients with young talent challenges

Requirements

  • Degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing full sales cycles
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Determined, resilient, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously
