International Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging brand education sessions, tastings, and mentoring programmes for sales teams, trade partners, bartenders, and consumers.
• Act as a credible brand advocate to build awareness and affinity for Scotch whiskies across target audiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade accounts, flagship venues, and industry influencers.
• Support the planning and execution of trade activations, customer promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to drive brand distribution and consumer conversion.
• Represent the brand at trade, consumer, and media events through compelling presentations and experiences.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and consumer trends to share with local and global teams.
• Maintain a strong social and digital presence by creating content that showcases brand activity and advocacy.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, bartending, hospitality, advocacy, or a related commercial field.
• A university degree or equivalent relevant commercial experience.
• A willingness to live and work internationally for a minimum of two years.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Professionalism and maturity to represent premium brands with integrity.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living, studying, or working abroad.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Scotch whisky or premium spirits.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience in events, content creation, or social media management.
