International Attraction Director

Responsibilities

• Manage the international student attraction track for the 2025 project to enroll one thousand full-time students in professional programs.
• Develop and execute strategic planning for international markets, including LATAM, USA, and the rest of the world.
• Lead the LATAM and USA teams, as well as alternative recruitment channels.
• Utilize CRM data and market information for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with the Marketing area to manage international campaigns and initiatives.
• Design and coordinate international recruitment experiences and events, both in-person and virtual.
• Prospect new markets and build relationships with schools in assigned zones/countries.
• Ensure business continuity and synergy between different campuses to maximize market exploitation.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in professional career attraction.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral).
• Proven experience in international markets and global contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Full availability for frequent international travel to LATAM, the USA, and other global regions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Administration or Marketing.
• Proficiency in a third language.
• Experience in the sale of educational services.
• Experience in audiovisual presentations.
