International Assignment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete inbound expatriate lifecycle for the APAC region, including assignment initiation, remuneration, and compliance
• Coordinate with Country Payroll teams, immigration vendors, tax vendors, and local authorities
• Handle assignment setup, contract preparation, and remuneration briefing
• Manage visa, immigration, and documentation processes, including work permit verification
• Oversee relocation services such as flight bookings and household goods movement
• Administer global insurance enrollments and extensions for assignees
• Manage expenses, reimbursements, salary reviews, and bonus calculations
• Execute monthly recurring activities including school invoice processing and social security value inputs

Requirements

• MBA (Masters in Business Administration)
• 10 years of experience in end-to-end inbound expatriate lifecycle management
