International Admissions and Recruitment Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute international recruitment efforts for undergraduate and graduate students through virtual and in-person outreach.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with external organizations, language schools, and community colleges to maximize recruitment.
• Advise prospective students on admission procedures, policies, and regulations related to international student status.
• Manage the application processing workflow, including transcript collection, document verification, and communicating admission decisions.
• Synchronize data across platforms such as Slate and Banner to ensure timely form processing and data collection.
• Coordinate with campus units and international offices to ensure cohesive university messaging and customer service.
• Supervise and train student workers assigned to support office projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or admissions.
• Experience working with cross-cultural populations.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with various computer applications and digital communication tools.
