International Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international accounting close and intercompany operations, including journal entries and transfer pricing compliance.
• Oversee global financial reporting, including balance sheet and P&L variance analyses for management reporting.
• Lead global statutory compliance and US GAAP reporting by managing foreign subsidiary relationships and coordinating local filings.
• Standardize complex workflows and automate recurring month-end reporting using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and partner with FP&A teams on budget planning and global expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including a background in global consolidations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Array Formulas, Query).
• Minimum B2 English proficiency for effective global communication.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple regional deliverables under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FASB ASC 830.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or other major ERPs such as SAP or Oracle.
• Previous experience working within a high-tech company.
