Responsibilities
- Dynamically source and develop every qualified opportunity to secure new logos through outbound sales
- Deliver engaging ROI-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Engage with marketing and inside sales teams to create tailored strategy, messaging, and sales collateral
- Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth
- Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks to deliver reliable forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience
- Experience selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
- At least 2 years of sales closing experience
- Previous experience selling enterprise HR-related solutions to multi-national companies headquartered in Europe
- Ability to tell compelling stories and build ROI presentations
- Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French or another additional language
