Responsibilities

  • Dynamically source and develop every qualified opportunity to secure new logos through outbound sales
  • Deliver engaging ROI-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Engage with marketing and inside sales teams to create tailored strategy, messaging, and sales collateral
  • Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth
  • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks to deliver reliable forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience
  • Experience selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
  • At least 2 years of sales closing experience
  • Previous experience selling enterprise HR-related solutions to multi-national companies headquartered in Europe
  • Ability to tell compelling stories and build ROI presentations
  • Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French or another additional language
