About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline through relationship building and prospecting
- Establish and grow strong relationships with existing strategic accounts
- Provide product analysis, illustration, and case design as a subject matter expert
- Independently develop dormant agencies and agents
- Recommend new products and features based on account needs and market goals
- Collaborate on account-specific strategies and marketing plans
- Onboard and educate new agents on products and processes
- Maintain communication with internal groups regarding policy and agent activity
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- 1-3 years of industry experience in life and annuity products
- Industry certifications such as CLU, CFP, or ChFC
- Ability to drive growth and market share for assigned accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards for life and annuity products
