About the role

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline through relationship building and prospecting
  • Establish and grow strong relationships with existing strategic accounts
  • Provide product analysis, illustration, and case design as a subject matter expert
  • Independently develop dormant agencies and agents
  • Recommend new products and features based on account needs and market goals
  • Collaborate on account-specific strategies and marketing plans
  • Onboard and educate new agents on products and processes
  • Maintain communication with internal groups regarding policy and agent activity

Requirements

  • 1-3 years industry experience in life and annuity products
  • Industry certifications such as CLU, CFP, or ChFC
  • Ability to drive growth and market share for assigned accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards for life and annuity products
