Internal Stakeholder Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and coordination with internal MC&FP and DoD stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment
• Serve as the primary internal coordination point for stakeholder engagement, feedback capture, and issue escalation
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with mission requirements
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and functional teams
• Develop and execute communication plans to disseminate key messages and program information
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support knowledge sharing and operational alignment
• Create mechanisms to collect, organize, and analyze internal stakeholder feedback
• Track stakeholder engagement activities, dependencies, risks, and action items
• Prepare internal engagement materials, leadership updates, briefings, and talking points
• Elevate risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, or program coordination
• DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience engaging with senior executives and diverse internal stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated experience developing communication plans and internal engagement strategies
• Experience collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to support decision-making
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex or mission-focused environments
• Proficiency with common business, collaboration, and presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Experience within a federal, defense, public-sector, or large enterprise environment
