Internal Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between field sales, customers, and the wholesale market
• Serve as the administrative hub for the customer management team
• Process complaints and customer inquiries with a strong service orientation
• Maintain customer master data and handle office organization
• Prepare and follow up on meetings
• Create target-group-specific offers and calculations in coordination with the team
• Provide telephone consultation and support for customers in the hospitality sector (HoReCa)
• Identify customer needs and promote diverse products and services

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy and/or commercial fields
• Relevant professional experience in internal sales, telesales, or the hospitality/hotel industry
• Communicative, dynamic, and empathetic personality
• Structured, market-oriented, and customer-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
