Internal Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Support and advise the existing customer base while acquiring new clients in the mobility aid sector
• Handle telephone customer support and acquisition
• Prepare and create professional sales offers
• Collaborate with cost carriers, social associations, and commercial customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition

Requirements

• Experience in internal sales or a relevant commercial vocational training/qualification
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles, medical technology, or orthopedic technology
• Strong communication skills with a polite and confident professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, structurally, and in a goal-oriented manner
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using ERP systems
• Team player with a willingness to take on responsibility
