Internal Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide product support to a diverse industrial customer base
• Manage front counter customer service, including answering and processing enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person
• Perform warehouse duties such as picking and packing customer orders and making local deliveries when required
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure the branch remains a preferred supplier
• Assist in developing and implementing showroom promotional activities to drive counter sales

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
• Strong customer service ethics and a team player attitude
• Natural problem-solving skills and a curious, mechanically minded approach
• Ability to work comfortably with blue-collar, construction, and industrial stakeholders
• Must be a New Zealand Citizen or hold a valid work visa
