About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Internal Sales Consultants
- Partner with the Head of Intermediary Sales to develop and track sales campaigns
- Manage daily desk workflow including territory management and call campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in asset or wealth management
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Proficiency with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 24 license or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with Salesloft, Seismic, or RedOak
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
