Internal Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers via phone, email, and face-to-face in branch
• Proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts
• Build rapport and understand individual client requirements to grow your portfolio
• Support the wider branch team, including serving on the Trade Counter and assisting with warehouse picking and packing

Requirements

• Experience in highly competitive, customer-focused roles
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• A customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a flexible approach
