About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
- Provide excellent sales service to key customers via phone, email, and face-to-face in branch
- Proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts
- Build rapport and understand individual client requirements to grow your portfolio
- Support the wider branch team, including serving on the Trade Counter and assisting with warehouse picking and packing
Requirements
- Experience in highly competitive, customer-focused roles
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a flexible approach
