About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts
- Build rapport and understand individual client requirements to grow your portfolio
- Support the wider branch team, including trade counter service and warehouse picking/packing
Requirements
- Experience in a highly competitive, customer-focused role
- Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
- A customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Collaborative attitude and a high level of personal accountability
