Internal Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio of approximately 700–800 accounts
• Deliver high-volume proactive outbound sales calls to drive revenue growth
• Achieve agreed sales and order targets across end users and OEM customers
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
• Proactively manage a secondary portfolio of high-potential target accounts
• Promote the full Spirax Sarco offering, including products, systems, services, and training
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns and customer success

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Exposure to new business development
• Basic understanding of steam and condensate systems (advantageous)
• Strong IT and CRM system capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a target-driven environment
