About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer consulting and sales of building materials, specifically in the structural engineering sector, to private and business customers
- Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting field sales consultants and other interfaces
- Providing after-sales service to customers
- Handling complaints
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of commercial professional experience
- Product and application knowledge in the field of structural engineering
- Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent and team-oriented way of working
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
