- Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
- Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting the field sales consultant
- Providing customer aftercare
- Handling complaints
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Product and application knowledge in building materials, specifically in the roofing sector is desirable
- Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
