Internal Sales Consultant Dry Construction

Responsibilities

• Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
• Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
• Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
• Supporting field sales consultants
• Customer aftercare and complaint processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Product and application knowledge in building materials, especially dry construction
• Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
• Team-oriented and independent way of working
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
