Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts from initial inquiry to payment receipt in coordination with Key Account Managers
• Independently handle C-customer accounts
• Organize and execute complete order processing, including inquiries, quotes, orders, confirmations, and invoicing
• Handle customer communications and complaint processing
• Support customer projects and assist with technical clarifications and specifications in the sales process
• Coordinate closely with production, quality assurance, and shipping departments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or equivalent
• Professional experience in internal sales, ideally within an industrial company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Knowledge of Spanish and Italian is desirable
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate technical matters
• Structured, conscientious, and independent working style
• High level of customer orientation and service mindset
