About the role
Responsibilities
- Independent creation of offer calculations and quotes for demanding sun protection projects
- Holistic object processing in the assigned sales area including invoicing and dunning
- Technical clarification and commercial processing of customer inquiries
- Responsibility for receivables and complaint management
- Maintenance and administration of customer master data in the CRM system
- Close cooperation with sales, project processing, and the headquarters in Germany
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training with good technical understanding
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Ideally good knowledge of French or Italian
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and ERP experience is desirable
