About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advising and selling windows, doors, and gates
  • Creating and following up on offers
  • Order processing including scheduling and delivery coordination
  • Coordination with suppliers, installers, and installation companies
  • Handling complaints and customer inquiries
  • Contributing to process optimization within the team

Requirements

  • Commercial or craft-based training (e.g., carpenter)
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and sales
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, ideally SAP
  • Knowledge in the field of building elements is an advantage
