About the role
Responsibilities
- Advising and selling windows, doors, and gates
- Creating and following up on offers
- Order processing including scheduling and delivery coordination
- Coordination with suppliers, installers, and installation companies
- Handling complaints and customer inquiries
- Contributing to process optimization within the team
Requirements
- Commercial or craft-based training (e.g., carpenter)
- Enjoyment of customer contact and sales
- Structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, ideally SAP
- Knowledge in the field of building elements is an advantage
