About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to initiate sales conversations and provide support
  • Identify, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information within CRM tools
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding sales queries, claims, and requests
  • Present products and services to customers, demonstrating solutions aligned with their needs
  • Prepare sales proposals including commercial and financial data in line with company policy
  • Provide weekly insights and market feedback to supervisors

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or relationship management, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven aptitude for multitasking, planning, and organizing to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade customers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Must be authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants will also be considered)
