About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to initiate sales conversations and provide support
- Identify, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information within CRM tools
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding sales queries, claims, and requests
- Present products and services to customers, demonstrating solutions aligned with their needs
- Prepare sales proposals including commercial and financial data in line with company policy
- Provide weekly insights and market feedback to supervisors
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or relationship management, ideally in a commercial environment
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven aptitude for multitasking, planning, and organizing to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Must be authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants will also be considered)
