Internal Replenishment Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management

Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience (Retail or FMCG preferred)
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
