About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Manage the full end-to-end interview process for entry to mid-level openings, including scheduling and candidate communication
- Conduct initial CV reviews and screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles through proactive research
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Greenhouse ATS
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally to all candidates
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
- Established experience in candidate sourcing and assessment, ideally in-house within a global organization
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience managing demanding hiring targets
- Background in technology, financial services, or similarly fast-paced, regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high standards for professional messaging
- Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality data and documentation
