Responsibilities

• Design and run efficient hiring processes to attract and convert top candidates
• Translate company priorities into hiring plans, job narratives, and candidate materials
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing through Paraform and other channels
• Lead end-to-end candidate assessment focusing on motivation and role alignment
• Manage candidate experience, offers, and closing in collaboration with founders
• Own recruiting operations, logistics, and interview coordination
• Lead cross-functional projects across people and business initiatives
• Partner with marketing and operations to plan and run events and team socials

• Experience in project management or recruiting operations
• Ability to work closely with co-founders and leadership
