About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational running and continuous development of internal IT infrastructure and services
  • Provide direct IT support to employees via the Help Desk, covering hardware, software, accounts, and workplace support
  • Handle setup, administration, and lifecycle management of Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Maintain and evolve the network infrastructure
  • Automate recurring administrative processes and evaluate modern AI-driven tools for productivity
  • Develop security standards and technical protection measures
  • Coordinate with external service providers and manufacturers
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap for internal IT

Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience in system administration, internal IT, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in both Windows and macOS administration
  • Solid knowledge of network administration and IT security
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management and Device Management
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and independent working style
  • High level of service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German and good proficiency in English for an international environment
