Internal IT Auditor

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of audit engagements within the IT and ISMS domains
• Carry out independent audits in designated focus areas including IT and ISMS
• Manage the full audit lifecycle from documentation to reporting and remediation tracking
• Foster collaborative relationships with Operations, Product, and Engineering units
• Assist in the development and optimization of internal audit methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Professional experience in the financial sector (bank or auditing firm)
• Background in internal or external auditing within financial services
• Expertise in IT/ISMS audits and standards like ISO 27001, EBA, BSI, and DORA
• CISA certification or willingness to obtain one
• Professional fluency in German and English
