About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend committee and legal entity board meetings to document discussions, decisions, and action items in accurate meeting minutes.
  • Track action items and follow-ups arising from meetings and maintain related logs and records.
  • Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of meeting agendas and materials in coordination with Legal partners and committee secretaries.
  • Maintain committee and board documentation within SharePoint, ensuring proper version control and record retention.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including calendars, attendee lists, room reservations, and dial-in details.
  • Partner with Legal and various business units on process improvements for committee administration.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative, operations, or corporate support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within the financial services industry.
