About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of standardized internal fraud reporting across the enterprise, including dashboards, scorecards, and relevant insights.
  • Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership, risk committees, and regulatory engagements.
  • Maintain key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and other fraud-related metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all internal fraud reports and management information packages.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover operational trends, performance variance, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence efficiency and storytelling through advanced analytics.
  • Support the adoption of modern visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI to evolve static reports into interactive dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud risk analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within financial services.
  • Expert-level proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or SAS.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with fraud risk management frameworks, KRIs, and internal control metrics.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and governance principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • Experience supporting governance reporting, risk management, or compliance-driven reporting programs.
