Internal & External Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all public relations activities, including press releases, announcements, and media inquiries
• Lead the end-to-end press release process and governance in partnership with an external PR agency
• Develop sales enablement communications, including talking points, FAQs, and HubSpot content
• Lead internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged with company news
• Serve as a primary corporate writer for internal communications, social copy, and executive messaging
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal/external communications or public relations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proven experience managing press releases and complex approval workflows
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, technology, or higher education environments
• Experience supporting sales enablement or employee advocacy programs
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar tools
