About the role
Responsibilities
- Own internal events from concept to execution across online, offline, and hybrid formats
- Design engaging employee experiences including seasonal celebrations, team-building, and workshops
- Create and manage branded corporate merchandise from idea to production and delivery
- Collaborate with departments to align on messaging and goals
- Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, travel logistics, and event budgets
- Manage the internal events calendar to support company culture
- Gather feedback and insights to improve engagement quality
- Oversee photo and video production to ensure brand standards
- Stay updated on employee engagement and experience-design trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management
- Proven experience delivering successful online and offline events independently
- Experience creating branded merchandise from scratch including vendor sourcing and quality control
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern brand experiences
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in tech, iGaming, or high-growth startups is a plus
