Internal Events & Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own internal events from concept to execution across online, offline, and hybrid formats
• Design engaging employee experiences including seasonal celebrations, team-building, workshops, and trips
• Create and manage branded corporate merchandise from idea through production and delivery
• Collaborate with departments to align on messaging and goals
• Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, travel logistics, and event budgets
• Manage the internal events calendar to support company culture
• Gather feedback and insights to improve engagement quality
• Oversee photo and video production to ensure brand standards
• Stay updated on employee engagement and experience-design trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management
• Proven experience delivering successful online and offline events independently
• Experience creating branded merchandise from scratch including vendor sourcing and quality control
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern brand experiences
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Experience in tech, iGaming, or high-growth international companies is a plus
