Internal Controller

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system within the assigned scope
• Implement and roll out Group internal control guidelines across the organization
• Manage and mitigate risks by ensuring the system is adequately organized
• Analyze internal control results in collaboration with operating teams
• Develop and follow up on corrective action plans for non-conforming items
• Maintain audit readiness by ensuring all mapping, self-assessments, and tests are auditable by internal or external auditors

Requirements

• Proven experience with internal control systems and risk management
• Ability to design and implement corrective actions to address non-conformity
• Experience conducting self-assessments and managing action plans
• Strong analytical skills to interpret control results and drive system development
• Ability to prepare documentation and processes for audit readiness
