Internal Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of group-wide internal control requirements
• Assist in the implementation and follow-up of controls across business processes
• Coordinate and execute internal control testing activities
• Contribute to the enhancement of the internal control framework and ServiceNow IRM tool
• Monitor compliance with internal control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure control design and effectiveness
• Participate in risk assessments and identify control gaps
• Prepare reports and updates for management and relevant committees
• Promote awareness of internal control principles and deliver training to stakeholders
• Contribute internal control expertise to global and regional projects

Requirements

• CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance degree
• At least 8 years of experience in Internal Control or Financial Reporting
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working in an audit firm or a multinational organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid background in both governance and hands-on execution within finance or accounting
• Experience working in both project-based and process-oriented environments
• Ability to operate effectively within a decentralized organization
